This course will include pre-recorded sessions which participants are expected to view prior to the live virtual meeting. The course will address on multiple professional development topics with each lecture providing the necessary tools for the attendees to apply the discussed principles to their own career paths. All audiences are welcome. It is necessary to watch the pre-recorded lectures prior to attending the live discussion. It is also recommended that all participants take the personality test, 16personalities prior to the live discussion.
