Secukinumab in psoriasis: early improvement in patient-reported symptom diary predicts clinical response. Poster presented at the 73rd Annual Meeting of the American Academy of Dermatology; March 2015. San Francisco, CA.

Background: Secukinumab, a fully human antiinterleukin 17A monoclonal antibody, was evaluated in ERASURE and FIXTURE, two phase 3 multicenter double blind vs placebo clinical studies, for efficacy and safety in subjects with moderate to severe plaque psoriasis. The relationship between early improvements in patient-reported psoriasis symptoms and later clinical responder status was evaluated.
