For the 6th straight year, Forbes has included RTI in its list of America’s Best Midsize Employers
RTI is ranked #215 out of 500 companies in the 2022 iteration of the list, released today. Inclusion was based on an independent survey from a sample of 50,000 US employees working for companies employing at least 1,000 people in their US operations.
“We are excited and honored to again earn this recognition from Forbes,” said RTI president and CEO Tim J. Gabel. “As an institute, we firmly believe that people are empowered when they work in an inclusive environment that supports and emphasizes their skills. The culture we have fostered at RTI is a testament to our employees and their commitment to improving the human condition.”
Evaluations were based on direct and indirect recommendations from respondents who were asked to rate their willingness to recommend their own employer to friends and family. Respondents were also asked about other employers in their respective industries.
