Christina Slota, PhD MBE RN, is a Director at RTI-HS. Dr. Slota has over 10 years of experience in patient-centered outcomes. Before joining RTI-HS, Dr. Slota held various positions at a pharmaceutical company and the National Institutes of Health, including the National Center for Advancing Translational Sciences and Eunice Kennedy Shriver National Institute of Child Health and Human Development. Most recently, she was a director in the patient-reported outcomes assessment group at a pharmaceutical company, responsible for developing and overseeing the clinical outcome assessment strategies across immunology and fibrosis portfolios. Dr. Slota has extensive experience designing, conducting, and analyzing qualitative research, including the collection of patient-experience data both within and external to the clinical trial setting. Some of her recent work has been published in Value in Health, Brain Behavior and Immunity, and Molecular Genetics & Genomic Medicine.
