Kristen Lentz is a Senior Data Protection and Regulatory Compliance Manager with RTI-HS. In this role, she reports to the Vice President of Legal and Regulatory Affairs. Kristen assists with development and maintenance of regulatory compliance assessments, ensuring best practices are utilized in data protection for non-interventional research, and assisting with business process improvement initiatives at RTI-HS. She brings expertise in operationalizing contract and regulatory requirements related to protected research data, assisting with continuous process improvement on an institutional level, and advising researchers and institutions on data protection needs for sensitive research data. In addition, Kristen is a licensed attorney with over 15 years of federal litigation experience focusing on systemic institutional condition and mental health treatment issues.
