Mary Levine is a Director, Project Manager in the Market Access and Outcomes Strategy (MAOS) group at RTI Health Solutions. Ms. Levine has over 15 years of experience in a variety of therapeutic areas and roles including quality control (QC) specialist, technical contributor, training, and project management. She manages complex, cross-functional, global, portfolio projects. Ms. Levine is responsible for essential tasks across all project phases: proposal and budget development; participating in bid defenses; coordinating and preparing materials for project kickoff and ongoing meetings; negotiating and setting up consultant contracts; invoicing clients, consultants, and subcontractors. She creates and maintains project timelines to keep project teams on schedule and within budget.

As manager of the MAOS QC team and member of the Quality Review Process Improvement committee, she ensures that team members comply with RTI-HS’s stringent Quality Assurance requirements, assists with creating and updating SOPs, and participates in project audits as the QC SOP subject matter expert.  In addition, she assists in writing, conducting literature reviews, performing data extraction, and coordinating research materials for various practice areas within RTI-HS.  Ms Levine also enjoys organizing and participating in payer advisory board meetings. Her skills in leadership and client management were developed as a pension consultant and human resources/office manager. Ms. Levine is also fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
