Siddhi Korgaonkar is a trained pharmacist and has experience conducting observational outcomes research across different therapeutic areas including rare diseases, neuroscience, cardiovascular disorders, diabetes, inflammatory bowel disease, and cancer. She has worked with diverse data sources including healthcare administrative claims data, public surveys, medical record reviews, and patient-reported data to investigate comparative effectiveness, healthcare quality and costs, health policy, and patient-reported outcomes. Dr. Korgaonkar is proficient in conceptualization of observational studies and analysis using SAS, SPSS, and Stata. Prior to joining RTI-HS, Dr. Korgaonkar worked as a graduate research analyst for the Mississippi Evidence-based Drug Utilization Review (MS-DUR) Initiative at the University of Mississippi. In this role, she was responsible for real-world evidence generation to support the Mississippi Division of Medicaid decision-making and inform evidence-based appropriate use of medication in the Mississippi Medicaid population. During her time as a Fellow at Takeda, she conducted research to inform evidence strategy development to support value proposition for therapeutic assets and develop research solutions to inform decision-making for relevant stakeholders.
