Xingzhu Leng, MSc, is a Reseearch Statistician at RTI-HS in Manchester, UK office. Miss Leng specialises in the epidemiology of infectious diseases, clinical epidemiology, and medical statistics. During her master’s study, she focused on the association between HIV infection and pulmonary function in South Africa and travelled to South Africa to collect data. In addition to HIV research, her interest in machine learning and psychology resulted in another project: predicting the risk of psychological illness in Chinese menopausal women applying machine learning algorithms. Before moving to Europe, Miss Leng worked as an anaesthesiologist in China.
